A DNS name to target with traffic.

While the whole point of Junction is to avoid DNS in the first place, sometimes you have to route traffic to an external service or something that can’t (or shouldn’t) be connected directly to this instance of Junction. In those cases, it’s useful to treat a DNS name like a slowly changing pool of addresses and to route traffic to them appropriately.
